(1) Details about a case
a.A fire (at a house, in a factory, a tall building, a car or burning of wastes)
b.Emergency aid (rescue for acute illness, a traffic accident, road collapse, a suicide or an accident etc.)
c.Service for the people (such as an emergency aid of a person trapped in a lift)
(2) Details about the spot where a case happens: number of a residence, name of the street, great marks hereby and so on
(3) Details about the person reporting the case: the name.
(4) Details about the way to contact the person reporting: address of the residence and telephone/mobile-phone number.
